Endow Chairman
Wendy Dominguez is the Chair of the Endow Board and currently facilitates two Endow study groups. 

 Wendy is the President and co-founder of Innovest Portfolio Solutions LLC. She has over 17 years’ experience in the investment consulting profession. Her clients include some of the largest public and private sector retirement plans in the state of Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region, as well as many large Foundations, Endowments and wealthy families. She is a member of Innovest’s Investment Committee, which makes decisions on investment related research and due diligence.  In addition, she is responsible for the operations of Innovest including client coordination with providers, money managers, custodians, administrators, auditors and actuaries. She oversees performance reporting, client projects, retirement plan vendor searches and money manager searches as well as the financial and human resources operations of Innovest. Wendy has personally handled vendor and manager negotiations for Innovest clients saving them, in many cases, thousands and hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Wendy’s views on investment cost control have recently been published by National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA) and by Colorado Government Finance Officers Association (CGFOA). She was a key contributor to the Innovest White Paper on Employee Directed Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. She has also authored a number of articles on fiduciary related matters.

Wendy has a BS in Finance and Economics (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA from the University of Denver. In addition to her work with Endow, she serves on the Investment Committee of the Seeds of Hope Charitable Trust, an organization that provides educational opportunities to at-risk children. She is also a member of the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Denver.  In addition, Wendy served on the board of the Colorado Public Plan Coalition. This non-profit organization facilitates a forum for exchange of information and advancement of sound practices and proactive legislative representation and powerful advocacy for public employee benefit plans. Wendy is married to a Denver Police SWAT officer and is the mother of 8 year-old twins. Wendy volunteers in her children’s classroom and has coached YMCA Little Kicker’s soccer.
