Meet the Executive Director
Terry Polakovic:
Co-founder, Executive Director, Chief Editor
Terry Polakovic is the Co-Founder, Executive Director, and Chief Editor of Endow. Founded in 2003, Endow has grown from an idea into an international women’s ministry. In the past seven years, over 6,500 women have participated in the Endow program, making it one of the fastest growing Catholic educational programs in the world today.
Terry has spent nearly 25 years working in the non-profit arena in the areas of management, fundraising, and volunteer coordination. Prior to founding Endow, Terry was the Chief Executive Officer of Seeds of Hope Charitable Trust for the Archdiocese of Denver. In addition to leading Endow, Terry has served as a board member for numerous non-profit organizations. She is currently serving as a trustee for The Catholic Foundation for the Roman Catholic Church in Northern Colorado. She is also a member of the board of directors for St. Catherine of Siena Academy in Wixon, Michigan. In 2010 Terry was awarded the Cross Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice (“For the Church and Pontiff”), a special award from our Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI given for exceptional service to the Church. In 2011 Terry was given the award for Outstanding Catholic Leadership.
Terry and her husband, Mike, have two young adult children. Her daughter, Katie, graduated from Providence College with a degree in Theology and has joined the Religious Sisters of Mercy of Alma, Michigan where she is now known as Sr. Maria Pacis. Her son, Joe, recently graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business Management. He was enrolled in the Officers Candidates School with the United States Marines and was recently commissioned s an Officer upon graduation in 2011. Terry enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and exercising.
