Details of the day
We can’t wait to see you on Saturday at the first Catholic Women’s Conference: The Feminine Genius: Every Woman’s Gift! We have been praying so much for all of you and continue to entrust this conference to Our Lady, whose feast we will celebrate on Monday.
We are officially sold out for the event! As you prepare to join over 800 other women and teens this weekend, the below details will assist you. May God bless you in your travels this Saturday.
The Steering Committee
If you are receiving this email you are an officially registered participant. There are no “tickets” for this event. Rather, we will have nametags and bags for all names registered, confirming your registration and meals. (Note: A continental breakfast and lunch are included in your registration.) Please note and share with others that there will be no “day of” registration, as this event is officially sold-out.
For your reference, we will be putting all individual registrations alphabetically at the registration tables. There will be a separate registration table for groups, and all nametags and bags will be lumped together under the name of the group leader. If you’re coming with a group, you just need to send one person to the group registration table to pick up the nametags and bags for your group.
Conference volunteers will be wearing orange scarves, so look for us if you need assistance throughout the day.

What to Wear
The day will begin with Mass, so we recommend conference casual attire. Comfortable shoes are suggested, as the convention center is a large venue.
The Broad Street entrance is handicap accessible, and there will be guards at that door available to help should assistance be needed.
We invite all women – married, single, and consecrated – to join us for the first Archdiocesan Catholic Women’s Conference in Philadelphia. The day will begin with Mass celebrated by Archbishop Chaput, who affirms the significance of this gathering: “The Catholic Women’s Conference opens a door to the most beautiful kind of renewal, the kind that comes from an authentic feminine leadership in the family, in the community, in business, in education, and in public life. I wholeheartedly support this event.”
Throughout the day, various speakers will address the Catholic perspectives on current news and issues affecting women – and how we, as women of faith, can respond with an authentic feminine presence to transform every aspect of life and society. We will have two simultaneous tracks; one for adults and one for high school girls, both with Mass, speakers, breakout sessions, and opportunities for confession. During lunch we will offer a special Christmas Market with various local boutique vendors for some fun shopping. Leaving this event, you will be renewed in your unique dignity and mission as a Catholic woman and better equipped to face the challenges of our culture.
