Therese A. Polakovic - President
Terry Polakovic is a Co-Founder and the Executive Director of Endow. She has spent nearly 25 years working in the non-profit arena in the areas of management, fundraising, and volunteer coordination. Prior to founding Endow, Terry was the Chief Executive Officer of Seeds of Hope Charitable Trust for the Archdiocese of Denver. In addition to leading Endow, Terry has served as a board member for numerous non-profit organizations. She is currently serving as a trustee for The Catholic Foundation for the Roman Catholic Church in Northern Colorado. She is also a member of the board of directors for St. Catherine of Siena Academy in Wixom, Michigan. In 2010, Terry was awarded the Cross Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice (“For the Church and Pontiff”), a special award from our Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI given for exceptional service to the Church. In 2011, the Catholic Leadership Institute honored Terry as an “Outstanding Catholic Leader.”
Terry and her husband, Mike, have two young adult children. Her daughter, Katie, graduated from Providence College in 2009 with a degree in Theology and shortly thereafter, she joined the Religious Sisters of Mercy of Alma, Michigan. Her religious name is Sister Maria Pacis, RSM. Her son, Joe, graduated from the University of Colorado in 2011 and is currently serving as an Officer in the United States Marines. Terry enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and exercising.
Emily Espinola - Director of Programs
Emily Espinola recently jumped on board as the new Director of Programs for Endow. She is a native Californian from the Central Valley and a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville with a degree in Communications. Emily spent many years, in college and as a post-grad, working for the pro-life movement. She helped run the Students for Life club at Franciscan and then became a counselor/outreach coordinator for a Crisis pregnancy center in Sacramento, CA. Most recently, she was working for a Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Sales Department and is excited to put those skills to work here at Endow. Emily has a passion for the Catholic Faith and understands the great need to bring true femininity back to our culture. Emily loves to travel and experience new cultures. In March she spent a couple of weeks in Portugal, where her family is originally from. She also enjoys working out, dancing and hiking.
Eileen Love - Teacher and Trainer
Eileen Love arrived at Endow in 2006 after many years in parish work. Eileen has worked as a Director of Religious Education and was a featured columnist in the Denver Catholic Register from 1994-2000. She holds certification as a master catechist, is a 1994 graduate of the Catholic Biblical School and has her Master’s Degree in Theological Studies. Eileen now works as an editor on Endow study guides and travels the country speaking and training future Endow facilitators. She and her husband, Mike are the blessed and proud parents of 4 young men.
Emily Sullivan – Program Manager
Emily joined Endow in the spring of 2014 as the Program Manager for the Northeast. After high school, Emily spent a year volunteering as a Catholic youth minister in Ireland before heading to California to study at Thomas Aquinas College. As a voracious reader, she was blessed to spend four years studying a“Great Books Curriculum” with a special emphasis on Thomistic Theology & Philosophy. After graduation she married her college sweetheart Joe and had the privilege of teaching Theology and Philosophy at a classical high school outside of Manhattan. She and her husband now reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia with their daughter Brigid and are expecting their 2nd child in September.
Gina Warner – Program Manager
Gina Warner formally joined Endow in 2013 as Program Manager after retiring her pen as a freelance writer. Prior to that she had been an Endow participant and facilitator for some time, and worked as an editor on Endow youth studies. Active in her family’s parish, she and her husband Chad have a highschool aged son and middleschool aged twin daughters. Gina loves to share the message of Endow and is enthusiastically received whenever she speaks about the feminine genius to groups of women in Denver and beyond. One of 8 children from Omaha, Nebraska, she is a graduate of Santa Clara University.
Katherine Meeks – Director of Mission Advancement
Katherine Meeks is Endow’s new Director for Mission Advancement based in Los Angeles, CA. Katherine attended DePauw University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Studies with a concentration in Public Health. Starting as a model, she left that line of work to pursue her faith while helping the economically and spiritually marginalized. Katherine has worked in women’s prisons in Peru, researched forced eugenic procedures in South Africa, worked with the Archdiocese of Chicago on the city’s south side and among indigenous populations in the United States. After moving to California for a job at TOMS Shoes in Santa Monica in 2011 she has spent the past three years as Director for People & Places for DIGDEEP Water, a global human rights non-profit based in Los Angeles. Through her background in non-profit development and international experience Katherine has witnessed the reality of women in many corners of the world bringing a unique perspective to our mission at Endow. She and her fiancé, soon to be married, reside in Pasadena, California.
