Learn more about Endow!

What are the benefits of participating in Endow?

Endow Studies transform the minds and hearts of women through the voice of the Church. We believe the teachings of the Church are timeless, relevant, and deeply personal. By gathering together to read aloud and discuss these teachings, women grow to understand their dignity and vocation.

What type of content does Endow offer?

Rooted in the teachings of Pope St. John Paul II, Endow affirms the genius of women – the feminine genius – and empowers them to fulfill our culture’s desperate need for an authentic feminine presence in every aspect of life and society. Each Endow study focuses on a magisterial document, the lives and writings of a saint or Doctor of the Church. Written by theologians, every Endow study has an Imprimatur from the Archdiocese of Denver. Endow also offers studies for middle school and high school, as well as a bilingual Quinceañera formation program.

Can non-Catholic women participate?

Yes, all Christian women are invited to participate. Non-Catholic women with an open heart are welcome to join to learn and grow alongside the group in a spirit of respect and understanding. However, Endow focuses on Catholic Church documents and the lives and writings of the saints. Endow groups are not the place to debate different faith traditions; instead, they foster meaningful discussions centered around faith, dignity, and the feminine genius.

How often do Endow groups meet?

Most groups meet once a week to maintain continuity and immersion; however, some may meet bi-weekly or monthly for longer periods. Choose the rhythm that works best for you and your group.

What is the Endow Small Group Model?

The Endow experience is unique to each group, but typically, an Endow group runs for 8-12 weeks, with each meeting lasting approximately 1.5-2 hours. We suggest 6-12 women per group for optimal participation. Meetings begin and end with prayer, and there is no homework; the material is designed to be read aloud during each session. Discussion questions are interspersed throughout the text to allow women to assimilate what they have read. Hosts and participants progress through the study together, so there is no pressure on the host to be an expert on the topic being studied. The expert in the room is the study itself, written by theologians and carrying the Imprimatur of the Archdiocese of Denver.

What if there isn’t an Endow group at my parish or in my area?

If there isn’t an Endow group in your area, we encourage you to start one! Endow provides all the support you’ll need to launch and lead a small group. Many vibrant Endow communities began with one woman feeling called to bring this mission to her circle of friends or her parish. You don’t need to be an expert—just bring a willing heart and the desire to gather women together to study their faith, grow in community, and discover their God-given dignity. Please read our brief Host How-To Guide to see how simple it is! After exploring our online resources, if you still have questions, we’re happy to assist you.  Schedule a Host Mentor Call via phone or Zoom for additional support!

Why does Endow solicit donations when we are already paying for the study guides?

While the purchase price of the study guides helps cover production, distribution and some overhead costs, it does not fully fund all of our expenses. Donations are essential for bridging this gap and enabling us to continue developing high-quality materials.

Additionally, your generous contributions support scholarships for women who cannot afford the cost of the studies as well as fund outreach programs to bring Endow groups to new or underserved communities. Donations are crucial for sustaining and expanding our mission to help women of all ages discover their dignity in small groups of faith and friendship. Thank you for your support in making this possible! Give to Endow and partner with us in this vital and beloved mission.

Is Endow only for women?

While some Endow studies are designed specifically for women, many of our studies explore topics that are deeply universal and have successfully been used to spark rich, faith-filled discussions in groups of both women and men.

Here are just a few:

Deus Caritas Est (God is Love)

Humanae Vitae

Lumen Gentium

Salvifici Doloris (On the Christian Meaning of Suffering)

Aquinas for Beginners – Part I

Rosarium Virginis Mariae (On the Rosary of the Virgin Mary)

Teacher of Prayer (St. Teresa of Ávila)

Seeker of Truth (St. Edith Stein)

What about resources for men?

Although Endow does not offer studies for men, here are some possible options:

Outside of the Endow world, we recommend the following resources for men:

Complete My Joy: An Apostolic Exhortation from Bishop Olmsted to Husbands and Wives, Mothers and Fathers

Exodus 90

Man of the Household

Fraternus

That Man is You

Heroic Men

“Into the Breach” -Bishop Olmsted’s Apostolic Exhortation to Catholic Men

Can I do an Endow study on my own?

Yes, however, Endow believes that the deepest transformation of heart and mind is through intimate relationships in a small group. We’ve seen this proof of concept since the early church. Small group communities create the most lasting impact on human development. By unpacking our rich Catholic heritage together, we create opportunities for women to learn, build deep friendships, and deepen their relationship in Christ.
