In 2003, a transformative mission was sparked by a heartfelt conversation among three visionary women—Betsy Considine, Marilyn Coors, and Terry Polakovic. Inspired by the writings of Pope St. John Paul II on new feminism, they recognized a powerful truth: every woman deserves to understand her God-given dignity and the unique gifts she brings to the world.
This insight led to the creation of Endow (Educating on the Nature and Dignity of Women), a Catholic women’s apostolate dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of womanhood through study and community. We believe that the teachings of the Church are timeless, relevant, and deeply personal. By gathering together to read aloud and discuss these teachings, women grow to understand their vocation and dignity, allowing Endow to transform the heart of every woman.

With the guidance of Church leaders Archbishop Charles Chaput, Archbishop José Gomez, and renowned scholar Sr. Prudence Allen R.S.M., our team began crafting engaging study guides designed for small groups. These resources not only educate but also create spaces for faith and fellowship, enabling participants—wives, mothers, single women, and consecrated individuals—to encounter the richness of the Church’s teachings.
Endow celebrates the feminine genius, affirming the vital role women play in fulfilling our culture’s need for authentic feminine presence in every aspect of life and society. From those initial conversations in Denver, Endow has grown into an international apostolate, reaching over 40,000 women in more than 130 dioceses worldwide.
